2、醚的提取效果比石油醚一丙酮混合液的提取效果好。與丙酮一石油醚(9:1)和石油醚一乙酸乙酯(95:5)相比,石油醚一乙酸乙酯(98:2)的凈化效果最理想。氟胺氰菊酯和氟氯苯氰菊酯的回收率均在69.O%~96.4%,相對標(biāo)準(zhǔn)偏差均在1.27%一7.69%,表明該方法的準(zhǔn)確度和精密度均能達到殘留分析的要求。氟胺氰菊酯和氟氟苯氰菊酯的檢測限均為0.05m∥kg。[結(jié)論]該方法可以有效監(jiān)控蜂膠中相應(yīng)藥物的殘留.提高國產(chǎn)蜂膠的品質(zhì)和國際競爭力。關(guān)鍵詞蜂膠;氟胺氰菊酯;氟氯苯氰菊酯;凝膠滲透色譜;氣相色譜中圖分類號0657
