1、淺析吸入麻醉聯(lián)合靜脈復(fù)合麻醉在乳腺癌根治手術(shù)中的麻醉觀察北安市第一人民醫(yī)院164000【摘要】目的淺析吸入麻醉和全憑靜脈麻醉在乳腺癌根治手術(shù)屮的麻醉效果。方法此次研宄的對象是選擇2013年1月至2014年7月入住我院接受治療的76例乳腺癌手術(shù)患者，將其臨床麻醉資料進(jìn)行回顧性分析，并將患者按照麻醉用藥方法不同分為實(shí)驗(yàn)組和對照組。對照組進(jìn)行吸入麻醉，實(shí)驗(yàn)組在對照組基礎(chǔ)上聯(lián)合靜脈復(fù)合麻醉，比較兩組麻醉效果。結(jié)果實(shí)驗(yàn)組鎮(zhèn)痛起效時(shí)間和對照組相比差異無統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P>0.05)；實(shí)驗(yàn)組VAS評分在5min時(shí)為(7.2±2.1)
2、、90min時(shí)為(2.2±1.5)和對照組(對照組組VAS評分在5min時(shí)為(4.1±0.4)、90min時(shí)為(1.7±0.3))相比差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P<0.05)；實(shí)驗(yàn)組手術(shù)前心率為、血氧飽和度、平均動脈壓等和對照組相比差異無統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P>0.05)；實(shí)驗(yàn)組麻醉后沒有1例出現(xiàn)不良反應(yīng)，對照組有3例出現(xiàn)嘔吐、惡心等不良反應(yīng)(P<0.05)o結(jié)論在乳腺癌患者屮采用吸入麻醉聯(lián)合靜脈復(fù)合麻醉效果較好，能夠緩解患者疼痛，值得推廣使用。【關(guān)鍵詞】吸入麻醉；全憑靜脈麻醉；乳腺癌根治手
