1、J圖11山^^因散析2018-03-2712:00:30中國現(xiàn)代醫(yī)生2018年3期周芳許君賈黎紅周杰林張曉曉楊明［摘要］目的探討川崎病(KD)合并冠狀動脈病變的危險因素。方法回顧性分析2014年1月?2016年12月木院169例KD住院患兒的臨床資料；將169例KD分為A、B兩組，其屮A組為KD合并冠狀動脈病變，B組為KD不伴冠狀動脈病變；采用獨立樣本t檢驗分析兩組年齡、發(fā)熱天數(shù)、白細胞數(shù)、超敏C反應蛋0、血沉、血小板數(shù)、血清0蛋白、血鈉、D二聚體與KD冠狀動脈病變的關(guān)系；同時采用ROC曲線分析血淸0蛋白、血鈉、D二聚體預測冠
2、狀動脈病變的效能。結(jié)果KD冠狀動脈病變發(fā)生率為36.69%。A、B組患兒血淸白蛋白、血鈉、D二聚體的差異有統(tǒng)計學意義(P<0.05)。ROC曲線分析顯示血清白蛋白、血鈉、D二聚體曲線下而積分別為0.383、0.353和0.715。血淸白蛋白<35g/L、血鈉<135mmol/L、D二聚體>0.92mg/L是KD合并冠狀動脈病變的危險因素。結(jié)論KD的主耍危害是冠狀動脈病變；血清白蛋0<35g/L、血鈉<135mmol/L、D二聚體>0.92mg/L足KD合并冠狀動脈病變的危險因索。［關(guān)鍵詞］川崎??；冠狀動脈病變；危險因素；D二聚
