2、borough和Radin的分類方法，II型7例，III型18例，IV型5例。結(jié)果:術(shù)后30例骨折復(fù)位滿意，2例復(fù)位稍差，無切口感染，1例術(shù)中牽拉損傷尺神經(jīng)，30例獲得隨訪，時間8?23個月，平均12.8個月。尺祌經(jīng)損傷恢復(fù)，骨折全部愈合，無內(nèi)固定松動及斷裂，愈合時間12?18周，平均14.6周。根據(jù)改良的Cassebaum評分系統(tǒng)評價肘關(guān)節(jié)功能，其中優(yōu)10例，良14例，可4例，差2例，優(yōu)良率80%。結(jié)論:經(jīng)尺骨鷹嘴截骨入路結(jié)合肱骨內(nèi)、外髁解剖鋼板固定是治療肱骨髁間骨折的較為有較的方法?！娟P(guān)鍵詞】肱骨髁間骨折
