1、華中科技大學(xué)碩士學(xué)位論文≥麓要鐵路運(yùn)輸是我國交通的重要組成部分之一,在圖民經(jīng)濟(jì)建設(shè)中發(fā)揮著十分纛要的作用。目前,我國的鐵路交通跟不上綴濟(jì)快速發(fā)展的需要。因此,火車提速對于緩解運(yùn)力緊張秘筵遴經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)溪跫卡分必要鑫奄。毽是疆翱火車提速一令主要甄溷是欽鼴維護(hù)和檢修裝備比較落后,特剮是火車輪對修復(fù)裝備。闌內(nèi)大多數(shù)車輪車床都不楚數(shù)控車床,工人勞動強(qiáng)度大、修復(fù)精度不高。如果購買國外先進(jìn)的數(shù)控設(shè)備不但價格離而且設(shè)套維護(hù)不方便,屋此,開發(fā)叁主毫性能數(shù)控車輪竄藤勢在必行。本文綮臺實(shí)瓣頸霆,圍繞火車車輪踏萄數(shù)控搬工系統(tǒng)的開發(fā)進(jìn)行了系統(tǒng)深入豹研究。本文在以下方面開展了研究工作:(1)針對車
2、輪踏蘑數(shù)控修復(fù)的要求,建立了車棗^踏西數(shù)控搬王鮑數(shù)學(xué)模型;(2)綴合車輪露囂瓣形虢特征,研究了數(shù)控車輪車慶的在線檢測技術(shù)。并針對測量的效率、誤差等問題進(jìn)行了深入的研究;(3)研究了車輪踏麟的數(shù)控加工方法,對加工蛉刀具軌跡規(guī)劃、工藝、刀具的選擇及補(bǔ)綏技術(shù)彝熱工譙麓籌蠲遂恣邋行了:囂;}究;(4)研究了火車車輪車床加工的安全保障技術(shù);(5)針對車輪踏面修復(fù)的需求,在華中“世紀(jì)屢”數(shù)控系統(tǒng)平臺上二次開發(fā)了車輪蘸蠶摻笈注裁系鯪。關(guān)鍵詞:車輪車床檢測火車車輪踏面加工仿真—__——_—————_—__—————————————————Ⅵ—_————————一_●一。ll華中科技
