8、的腹會陰聯(lián)合直腸切除術(shù)(abdominoperinealexcision,APE)存在環(huán)周切緣陽性率高及術(shù)中穿孔率較高而影響預(yù)后的缺點。肛提肌外腹會陰聯(lián)合切除術(shù)(exralevatorabdominoperinealexcision,ELAPE)被報道具有腫瘤學(xué)優(yōu)勢，最近應(yīng)用越來越多。盡管相關(guān)報道很多，但是，ELAPE是否比傳統(tǒng)APE具有優(yōu)勢仍然有很多爭議。本文就ELAPE治療低位直腸癌的研究進展做一綜述。關(guān)鍵詞直腸腫瘤，肛提肌外腹會陰聯(lián)合切除術(shù)1.引言
