1、南京師范大學(xué)碩士學(xué)位論文當(dāng)前我國水庫移民安置問題研究姓名：周靜申請學(xué)位級(jí)別：碩士專業(yè)：行政管理指導(dǎo)教師：趙暉20120512摘要我國水庫移民經(jīng)歷了幾十年的實(shí)踐，先后出臺(tái)了一系列水庫移民的政策法規(guī)體系，對水庫移民安置規(guī)劃、移民的補(bǔ)償標(biāo)準(zhǔn)和安置方式、移民管理、后期扶持等進(jìn)行了規(guī)范，水庫移民工作取得了巨大的成就，同時(shí)也造成了一些歷史遺留問題。隨著城市化的不斷加快和人們市場主體意識(shí)的不斷增強(qiáng)，出現(xiàn)了越來越多的移民，水庫移民又出現(xiàn)了許多新的問題，成為制約社會(huì)和諧穩(wěn)定的一個(gè)因素。為了解決我國目前水庫移民安置實(shí)施中存在的諸多問題，本文介紹了水庫移民問題的現(xiàn)狀以及分析造成問題的
2、深層原因，從水庫移民安置的機(jī)構(gòu)設(shè)置、工作職能、管理體制等方面了進(jìn)行系統(tǒng)的研究和論證。同時(shí)借鑒國內(nèi)外水利水電工程移民工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)，研究制定適合我國國情的水庫移民工作管理體制建設(shè)，以及與之相配套的管理制度，完善水庫移民立法，為移民安置提供法律和政策保障。借此推動(dòng)我國水庫移民工作向規(guī)范化、制度化和程序化方向發(fā)展。完善基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施，加大后期扶持力度和提高移民的補(bǔ)償標(biāo)準(zhǔn)，使移民真正能夠搬得出，穩(wěn)得住，為維護(hù)移民的合法利益，促進(jìn)政府職能轉(zhuǎn)變和我國水庫移民工作的順利開展發(fā)揮作用。關(guān)鍵詞：水庫移民，移民安置，移民對策AbstractReservoirresettlementinChin
