7、··············································································36個人簡歷·············································································37中文摘要3.0TDCE-MRI與DWI聯(lián)合應用對乳腺良惡性腫塊鑒別診斷的價值摘要目的:探討3.0T動態(tài)增強磁共振(Dynamiccontrastenhancementmagneticresonanceimaging,DCE-MRI)與擴散加
8、權成像(Diffusionweighedimaging,DWI)對乳腺良惡性腫塊鑒別診斷的價值。方法:對88例乳腺鉬靶X線攝影和/或超聲檢查發(fā)現(xiàn)的乳腺腫塊性病變行3.0T磁共振常規(guī)平掃、DWI及6期連續(xù)動態(tài)增強掃描,并對其MRI圖像信息進行分析。依據(jù)美國放射學會提出的乳腺影像報告和數(shù)據(jù)系統(tǒng)-MRI(2013BI-RADS-MRI)的標準,依次觀察病變的形態(tài)特點、內(nèi)部強化特征、TIC曲線類型、早期強化率及DWI表現(xiàn)。MRI檢查均采用SIEMENSVERIO3.0T超導型磁共振掃描儀,應用12通道乳腺專用相控陣表面線圈,所有數(shù)據(jù)的測量及圖像后處理均在本機自帶的Me
9、anCurve軟件包上完成。采用SPS
