1、江蘇大學(xué)碩士學(xué)位論文轎車白車身模態(tài)分析姓名:張學(xué)榮申請(qǐng)學(xué)位級(jí)別:碩士專業(yè):車輛工程指導(dǎo)教師:張敏中;朱茂桃2002.5.1,摘要0陣身是轎車的關(guān)鍵總成。它的構(gòu)造決定了整車的力學(xué)特性,對(duì)白車身進(jìn)行模態(tài)分析不僅能考察車身結(jié)構(gòu)的整體剛度特性,而且可以指導(dǎo)人們對(duì)車身結(jié)構(gòu)進(jìn)行優(yōu)化以及響應(yīng)分析乳本文基于有限元和模態(tài)理論,運(yùn)用ANSYS6.0軟件對(duì)某轎車白車身進(jìn)行了模態(tài)分析,并通過(guò)實(shí)驗(yàn)驗(yàn)證有限元結(jié)果的正確性。采用三維造型軟件建立車身的各個(gè)子部件,然后通過(guò)裝配消除部件之間的干涉,通過(guò)接口輸入ANSYS程序中。用殼單元與粱單元對(duì)整個(gè)白車身進(jìn)行網(wǎng)格劃分,建立了模態(tài)
2、分析細(xì)化有限元模型。在計(jì)算過(guò)程中,討論了加強(qiáng)筋、鈑金件厚度、連接關(guān)系等對(duì)模態(tài)參數(shù)的影響。結(jié)果表明合理設(shè)置加強(qiáng)筋可以在質(zhì)量增加很少的前提下使特定階頻率得到較大提高。此外連接處理方法對(duì)計(jì)算結(jié)果有一定的影響。對(duì)理論模型和實(shí)際結(jié)構(gòu)分別進(jìn)行理論與實(shí)驗(yàn)?zāi)B(tài)分析,采用模態(tài)置信準(zhǔn)則姒c對(duì)兩者之間的相關(guān)性進(jìn)行比較研究。結(jié)果表明前六階振型模態(tài)置信準(zhǔn)則均大于O.8,即兩者的相關(guān)性較好。隨后對(duì)車身結(jié)構(gòu)振動(dòng)特性進(jìn)行了評(píng)價(jià),針對(duì)存在的問(wèn)題利用頻率對(duì)厚度參數(shù)靈敏度方法進(jìn)行結(jié)構(gòu)修改。最后通過(guò)車身諧響應(yīng)分析,檢驗(yàn)結(jié)構(gòu)修改的有效性。關(guān)鍵詞:白車身有限元婁藤模態(tài)分析靈敏度諧響應(yīng)分析
