1、超聲產前檢查對高危孕婦胎兒畸形的診斷價值陳果羅志遠王澤協鄒正霖王荔(四川省瀘州市人民醫(yī)院四川瀘州646000)【摘要】目的：分析超聲產前檢查對高危孕婦胎兒畸形的診斷價值。方法：將2011年3月?2014年5月期間，我院收治的1382例高危孕婦為研究對象，均進行超聲產前檢查，對妊娠結局以及診斷資料進行回顧性分析。結果：研究中1382例高危孕產婦胎兒分娩后共發(fā)現63例胎兒患有畸形，畸形率為4.6%,中樞神經系統畸形21例33.3%；其次為心臟畸形患兒16例25.4%；除此之外還包扌舌其他畸形患兒等。高危孕婦產前經經過
2、超聲診斷確定共有畸形者62例，當胎兒娩擊后發(fā)現有3例假陽性者以及4例假陰性者。妊娠結局和超聲檢查的符合率為95.2%o結論：高危孕婦在牛產前，對其進行超聲產前檢查能夠及時準確的診斷胎兒畸形，同時超聲檢查具有操作簡單無損傷以及重復性較強等諸多特點，值得在產科中推廣使用。【關鍵詞】超聲產前；檢查；高危孕婦；胎兒畸形；診斷價值【中圖分類號1R445.1【文獻標識碼]B【文章編號J1003-5028(2015)5-0131-01Prenatalultrasoundexaminationofhigh-riskpregnan
