1、［經典］孟魯司特聯合布地奈德治療支氣管哮喘的臨床研究孟魯司特聯合布地奈德治療支氣管哮喘的臨床研究【摘要】目的觀察孟魯司特聯合布地奈德吸入治療兒童支氣管哮喘的臨床療效。方法選取中、重度支氣管哮喘急性發(fā)作患兒30例，隨機分對照組和治療組,每組各15例。對照組采用激素、多索茶堿常規(guī)治療,治療組采用布地奈德每日兩次霧化吸入、孟魯司特4噸,1次/d睡前口服治療。療程均為10doid錄患者臨床癥狀緩解時間;兩組治療前和治療后10d各進行一次肺功能測定和嗜酸性粒細胞計數，數據進行統(tǒng)計學分析。結果兩組患兒經過治療后肺功能FEV1/FVC%、P

2、EF均明顯上升（P〈0?05）,治療組較對照組上升更明顯（P〈0?05）。并口治療組患兒臨床癥咳嗽、喘息的緩解時間明顯短于對照組（P〈0?05）o經過治療后兩組患兒E0S計數均下降明顯（P〈0?05）,治療組與對照組相比下降更為明顯（P〈0?05）o結論孟魯司特聯合布地奈德吸入治療可以有效地改善中、重度哮喘患者的肺功能,緩解哮喘癥狀，降低EOS計數,從而有效的控制哮喘的發(fā)作。?【關鍵詞】支氣管哮喘;孟魯司特;布地奈德令TheClinicalObservationofMontelukastassociationwithBudes
