1、ABSTRACTNowadaystheITindustryisplayinganindispensableroleinthenationaleconomy.Butwithitsrapiddevelopment,aseriesofquestionsisproducingatthesametime,andthemostserioustisthestafmanagementissues.Asahighlydependentonmentalworkindustry,thecoreassetisnotthecompany'sproductsandtechnology,butthe
2、skillsandcreativitywhichadheredtoitsemployee.Inrecentyears,duetothefastdevelopmentandintensecompetitionofITindustryandtheextremeconsumptionofenergycharacteristics,theemployeeturnoverrateoflong-termhighmaintainahighlevel.Thissituationisnotconducivetothenormaloperationoftheorganization,asw
3、ellaspersonaldevelopmentofemployees.Basedontheaboveconditions,,,emotionalexhaustion;Interpersonalstress,organizationalandstructurepresshasasignificantcorrelationwithturnoverintention.Andwealsofindthatemotionalexhaustionhasasignificantcorrelationwithturnoverintention.Thisprovesthatthework
4、ingpressureoftheabovedimensionsandemotionalexhaustionhavspredictiveeffectonturnoverintention.(4)Throughfurtherhierarchicalregressionanalysis,wefindemotionalexhaustionplaypartiallymediatedrolebetweenjobstressorandturnoverintention.Atthesametime,combingtherelevantliteratureandanalysisthela
5、ckofcomprehensiveresultsofpreviousstudies,themaininnovationofthispaperisreflectedinthefollowingaspects:(1)Currentlytheresearchsverifyemotionalexhaustionintermediaryrolebetweenjobstressandturnoverintentionisintheblankstage.Herefore,thispaperintroducesemotionalexhaustiontoverifytherelation
6、shipamongvariablesandestablishsamodelbetweenemotionalexhaustionandturnoverintentionstudytheintensityofemotionalexhaustionintermediaryrole.(2)Trytofindthedifferenceofworkpressure,emotionalexhaustionandturnoverintentionfromotherregions.(3)Trytoanalyzethediferencesofstructuralpressures(Work
