1、改良端側(cè)胰管空腸吻合胰十二指腸切除術(shù)臨床效果觀察doi：10.3969/j.issn.1007-614x.2014.4.44摘要目的：探析效果較好的胰十二指腸切除術(shù)后胰管空腸吻合的方法，重點(diǎn)剖析改良端側(cè)胰管空腸吻合的優(yōu)勢。方法：收治行胰十二指腸切除術(shù)患者，將胰十二指腸切除術(shù)后行端側(cè)胰管空腸吻合術(shù)的119例患者作為對照組。將在將胰十二指腸切除術(shù)后行改良端側(cè)胰管空腸吻合術(shù)的137例患者作為觀察組。觀察記錄，兩組患者行吻合術(shù)的時(shí)間和術(shù)后胰痿發(fā)生情況。結(jié)果：運(yùn)用傳統(tǒng)的端側(cè)胰管空腸吻合術(shù)的對照組與運(yùn)用改良端側(cè)胰管空腸吻合術(shù)的觀察組相比，術(shù)中吻合所用時(shí)間與術(shù)后胰痿發(fā)生率差別
