1、眼底熒光血管造影對早期診斷糖尿病性視網(wǎng)膜病變的意義［摘要］目的探討眼底熒光血管造影對早期診斷糖尿病性視網(wǎng)膜病變的意義。方法選取2010年12月?2012年12月300例（273只眼）糖尿病患者的臨床資料，所有患者皆用檢眼鏡和熒光素眼底血管造影兩種檢查方法。結(jié)果采用檢眼鏡檢出病變數(shù)153例,變率為56.05%；后經(jīng)熒光素眼底血管造影檢查，發(fā)現(xiàn)FFA檢出病變數(shù)251例，病變率為91.94%,熒光素眼底血管造影的診斷正確率較高，兩組比較，差異具有統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義（P［關(guān)鍵詞］眼底熒光血管造影；早期診斷；糖尿病性視網(wǎng)膜病變［中圖分類號］R774.1［文獻標識碼］B
