2、A型肉毒毒素的用量、治療效果、療效持續(xù)時間及不良反應(yīng)發(fā)生率。結(jié)果A型肉毒毒素治療量，A組為(46．20±3．91)u，B組為(24．88±3．32)u，兩組用量間的差異有統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義(P<0．05)；兩組治療的起效時間和效果比較，其差異無統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義(P>0．05)；兩組患者的療效持續(xù)時間比較，其差異有統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義(P<0．05)。A組患者發(fā)生不良反應(yīng)18例(占31．0％)，B組7例(占14．3％)，其差異有統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義(P<0．05)。兩組患者發(fā)生的不良反應(yīng)均未做特殊處理，能在較短時間內(nèi)自行消失。結(jié)論兩種稀釋濃度A型肉毒毒素行局部注射治療面部動力性皺紋，其療效肯定。對于單個部位注射除皺，推薦使
