2、其他處理；I／R組腎缺血45min再灌注24h；C組給予CPA1．0mg／kg夾閉腎動(dòng)脈前15min腹腔注射，余操作同I／R組；CD組給予CPA1．0mg／kg和8一環(huán)戊基一1，3一二丙基黃嘌呤(DPCPX)1．0mg／kg在夾閉腎蒂前15min腹腔注射，余操作同I／R組。所有動(dòng)物于再灌注24h處死。腎組織制備腎臟單細(xì)胞懸液，經(jīng)碘化丙啶染色后用流式細(xì)胞分析法測定腎臟細(xì)胞凋亡率。結(jié)果I／R組、C組和CD組腎組織細(xì)胞凋亡率明顯高于s組(P均<0．05)，C組腎組織細(xì)胞凋亡率明顯低于I／R組及CD組(P均<0．05
