1、·臨床研究·中國(guó)當(dāng)代醫(yī)藥2014年4月第21卷第．10期記憶合金髕骨爪與改良張力帶治療髕骨骨折的效果對(duì)比蘭海峰馮建忠吳冬冬趙自平廣州醫(yī)學(xué)院荔灣醫(yī)院骨科，廣州510170【摘要】目的比較記憶合金髕骨爪與改良張力帶治療髕骨骨折的效果。方法選取本院2008年1月～2013年1月收治的50例髕骨骨折患者，其中35例采用記憶合金髕骨爪治療，15例采用改良張力帶治療，比較兩組的平均手術(shù)時(shí)間、關(guān)節(jié)功能、術(shù)后并發(fā)癥發(fā)生率及治療費(fèi)用。結(jié)果50例均獲得隨訪，隨訪時(shí)間為6～12個(gè)月；髕骨爪組的平均手術(shù)時(shí)間短于張力帶組，治療費(fèi)用高于張力帶組，
