2、覺模糊加權(quán)平均(DIFWA)算子和動態(tài)加權(quán)平均(DWA)算子集結(jié)動態(tài)決策信息分別得到各決策者的綜合直覺模糊決策矩陣和綜合屬性權(quán)重向量，并在此基礎(chǔ)上利用直覺模糊加權(quán)平均(IFWA)算子計算得到各決策者下各方案的直覺模糊評價值；利用I-IFHA算子集結(jié)決策者群體決策信息得到各方案的綜合直覺模糊評價值；利用直覺模糊數(shù)的得分函數(shù)及精確函數(shù)對決策方案進(jìn)行排序和擇優(yōu)．最后，通過投資銀行對企業(yè)進(jìn)行投資的實(shí)例說明了該方法的應(yīng)用．關(guān)鍵詞：動態(tài)多屬性群決策；直覺模糊數(shù)；導(dǎo)出直覺模糊有序加權(quán)平均算子；導(dǎo)出直覺模糊混合平均算子中圖分類號：C934文獻(xiàn)標(biāo)識碼：AAnI-IFHAoperator-bas
