1、經(jīng)眉弓-眶上鎖孔入路手術(shù)治療前循環(huán)動(dòng)脈瘤的臨床效果分（江蘇省宜興市人民醫(yī)院神經(jīng)外科214200）（江蘇省宜興市人民醫(yī)院神經(jīng)外科214200）【】FI的：探討經(jīng)眉弓-眶上鎖孔入路手術(shù)治療前循環(huán)動(dòng)脈瘤的臨床效果。方法：回顧性分析2012年4月?2015年4月于我院接受經(jīng)眉弓-眶上鎖孔入路手術(shù)治療的40例前循環(huán)動(dòng)脈瘤患者的臨床資料，闡述手術(shù)方法，分析治療結(jié)果，研究手術(shù)適應(yīng)癥及其臨床療效。結(jié)果：40例患者均一次手術(shù)成功，52個(gè)動(dòng)脈瘤均夾閉，術(shù)屮未出現(xiàn)誤夾、漏夾情況，術(shù)后行顱內(nèi)血管造影檢查，患者載瘤動(dòng)脈通暢，手術(shù)成功率10
2、0%。術(shù)后，40例患者屮僅1例并發(fā)腦積水，經(jīng)分流術(shù)治療后痊愈，并發(fā)癥發(fā)病率2.5%。經(jīng)格拉斯哥預(yù)后評分，全部患者治療優(yōu)良率92.5%,無重殘、死亡病例，詳見表1。術(shù)后半年隨訪期間，2例患者顱內(nèi)感染，經(jīng)針對性治療恢復(fù)良好，其余患者生存質(zhì)量基本恢復(fù)至動(dòng)脈瘤并發(fā)前，無手術(shù)并發(fā)癥發(fā)生。結(jié)論：經(jīng)眉弓-眶上鎖孔入路手術(shù)治療前循環(huán)動(dòng)脈瘤，成功率高、并發(fā)癥少、安全微創(chuàng)，預(yù)后良好，值得臨床應(yīng)用?！娟P(guān)鍵詞】眉弓；眶上鎖孔入路；前循環(huán)動(dòng)脈瘤；動(dòng)脈瘤夾閉【】R73【】A【】2095-1752（2015）34-0018-02Theeyeb
