4、im毀損術(shù)是指應(yīng)用微電極技術(shù)確定手術(shù)靶點,根據(jù)Vim的軀體定位關(guān)系和患者的癥狀實現(xiàn)選擇性毀損,雖然毀損體積僅為常規(guī)手術(shù)的20%~30%,但減少了手術(shù)并發(fā)癥,提高了手術(shù)療效[2].我科自1997年10月開展此手術(shù)治療帕金森病震顫取得了一些經(jīng)驗,報告如下.1對象和方法1.1對象1997-10/1999-08采用微電極引導(dǎo)選擇性丘腦Vim毀損術(shù)帕金森病患者151例,排除同時行蒼白球毀損術(shù)103例,剩下的48例患者中,震顫型帕金森病33(男19,女14)例,年齡(58.2±10.8)歲,病史(8.4±2.3)a,服藥史(4.9±2.8)a.1.2方法應(yīng)用CR.Neuronalbasisofthe
