1、經(jīng)臍入路單?孔腹腔鏡腹囊切除術(shù)20例臨床分析作者：陳德興，董加純，劉奇，曹春和,朱安東單位：吉林省前衛(wèi)醫(yī)院普通外科，吉林長春130012【摘要】目的:探討經(jīng)臍單孔腹腔鏡膽囊切除術(shù)的可行性。方法:20例膽囊疾病患者(14例結(jié)石，6例息肉,)行經(jīng)臍單孔腹腔鏡膽囊切除術(shù)。均采用開放法在臍部做一2.0cm弧形切II,建立腹腔鏡操作通道并維持氣腹完成服囊切除。結(jié)果:20例手術(shù)均獲成功。第I例手術(shù)時間為95min,后續(xù)手術(shù)時間逐漸縮短,后3例平均40mino均未放置引流管，無出血、感染及膽漏等并發(fā)癥發(fā)生，術(shù)后平均4
