1、勞動法與勞資沖突講義前言各位同仁大家好。很高興有這樣一個機會和在座的諸位交流一下我對勞動法及相關(guān)問題的學(xué)習(xí)心得。我先自我介紹一下,我叫武鵬,在機關(guān)從事法律實務(wù)工作,參加你們這種形式的課程不多。一般就在我們法官培訓(xùn)基地或者給他們司法局等上一些課程。坦率的講,我對勞動法的知識不比你們多多少,因為勞動法實在是一門太具專業(yè)性、內(nèi)容太龐雜的法律學(xué)科。據(jù)我所知,勞動法應(yīng)當(dāng)是所有部門法當(dāng)中各種法律淵源最多的一個法律部門??梢院敛豢鋸埖闹v它的行政規(guī)章和地方性法規(guī)、規(guī)章不計其數(shù)。我只是比大家略早或略多了解一些法律規(guī)定或操作程序而已。而
