1、摘要隨著我國(guó)經(jīng)濟(jì)的飛速發(fā)展,人們的收入水平也不斷提高,消費(fèi)者對(duì)便利快捷的網(wǎng)上購(gòu)物越來(lái)越熱衷起來(lái),電商也從無(wú)到有的迅猛發(fā)展起來(lái)。消費(fèi)者龐大的網(wǎng)購(gòu)量刺激著電商企業(yè)和快遞企業(yè)的發(fā)展壯大。然而,越來(lái)越大的B2C和C2C的業(yè)務(wù)量給快遞企業(yè)帶來(lái)了巨大壓力。尤其在節(jié)假口,激增的業(yè)務(wù)量成為丁游快遞企業(yè)所面臨的極大挑戰(zhàn)。屮國(guó)的快遞業(yè)發(fā)展時(shí)間過(guò)短,整個(gè)行業(yè)的運(yùn)行機(jī)制還不夠健全,其發(fā)展不能滿足電商行業(yè)的需求??偟膩?lái)說(shuō),我國(guó)快遞業(yè)的發(fā)展是不夠的??爝f業(yè)作為連接電商企業(yè)和消費(fèi)者的紐帶,一旦“爆倉(cāng)”現(xiàn)象頻頻發(fā)生,將會(huì)嚴(yán)重制約電商企業(yè)的發(fā)展,給人們生活造
2、成極大的不便利,影響社會(huì)的正常運(yùn)行。然而,近幾年來(lái),“快遞爆倉(cāng)”卻成為節(jié)假口的常態(tài)??旒罅繙粼谑及l(fā)站或屮轉(zhuǎn)站,快件到達(dá)Fq的地時(shí)間過(guò)長(zhǎng),導(dǎo)致消費(fèi)者產(chǎn)生不滿,長(zhǎng)此以往將會(huì)致使網(wǎng)購(gòu)業(yè)務(wù)量降低,不利于電商企業(yè)和快遞企業(yè)的發(fā)展。有鑒于此,電商行業(yè)如天貓網(wǎng)、快遞企業(yè)如“四通一達(dá)”都采取了許多措施來(lái)解決這個(gè)問(wèn)題。本文首先立足于當(dāng)前實(shí)際情況,描述了電商和快遞的現(xiàn)狀,分別從消費(fèi)者、快遞企業(yè)、電商企業(yè)這三個(gè)角度分析Y快遞爆倉(cāng)的原因、危害及解決對(duì)策,以期對(duì)我國(guó)快遞爆倉(cāng)問(wèn)題的解決提供一個(gè)參考。關(guān)鍵詞:快遞企業(yè);電商;爆倉(cāng)AbstractWit
