1、HCN2陽性細胞在小鼠胃腸道肌間神經(jīng)叢內(nèi)的分布熊承杰,梅峰,韓鵑,田衍平,江忠勇,周德山(第三軍醫(yī)大學基礎醫(yī)學部組織學與胚胎學教研室,重慶市神經(jīng)科學研究所,重慶400038)【摘要】目的探討超級化激活環(huán)核苷酸調(diào)控的陽離子通道(hyperpolarization-activatedcyclicnucleotide-gatedchannel,HCN2)陽性細胞在小鼠胃腸道肌間神經(jīng)叢的分布。方法成年昆明小鼠的胃腸道,包括胃、小腸、結(jié)腸,制作全層鋪片,免疫細胞化學染色HCN2陽性細胞、膽堿能神經(jīng)及Caial間質(zhì)細胞(InterstitialCellsofC
2、ajal,ICCs)。結(jié)果成年小鼠胃腸道肌間神經(jīng)叢的HCN2陽性細胞成簇緊密排列,多數(shù)陽性細胞為DogielⅡ型神經(jīng)元,陽性產(chǎn)物分布在細胞質(zhì)和細胞膜,每個神經(jīng)節(jié)內(nèi)可見數(shù)個至數(shù)十個陽性細胞;神經(jīng)突起雖可見HCN2陽性產(chǎn)物,但主要存在于較粗的突起。HCN2陽性神經(jīng)元分布密度在胃腸道各段存在較大差異(P<0.05):以結(jié)腸密度最高,胃次之,小腸略低。利用膽堿能神經(jīng)元標志物膽堿乙酰轉(zhuǎn)移酶(ChAT)和ICCs的標志物(c-kit蛋白)分別與HCN2通道進行雙重免疫染色,可見HCN2存在于膽堿能神經(jīng)元,未見HCN2存在于ICCs的胞體,可見ICCs的突起有H
