2、AL和CesA2)的單核苷酸多態(tài)性,并對(duì)分型的SNPs與木材材性性狀(物理性狀:基本密度、纖維長(zhǎng)、纖維寬、微纖絲角;化學(xué)性狀:木質(zhì)素含量、纖維素含量、α纖維素含量等)進(jìn)行了相關(guān)分析。結(jié)果如下:(1)在對(duì)4CL、PAL和CesA2等3個(gè)基因進(jìn)行檢測(cè)時(shí),共獲得27個(gè)SNPs標(biāo)記,對(duì)其中轉(zhuǎn)換(A-G,C-T)有17個(gè)位點(diǎn),顛換(A-C,G-C,G-T,A-T等)有10個(gè)位點(diǎn);(2)對(duì)其中的3個(gè)SNPs進(jìn)行了分型,分別記作SNP1、SNP2和SNP3;(2)對(duì)已經(jīng)分型SNPs位點(diǎn)與材性性狀進(jìn)行方差分析,結(jié)果顯示,3個(gè)SNPs中只有SNP1與4年生歐洲黑楊綜纖維素含量
3、顯著相關(guān),表現(xiàn)為負(fù)效應(yīng),貢獻(xiàn)率為11.11%;(3)對(duì)歐洲黑楊4CL基因的SNP1標(biāo)記的不同基因型所對(duì)應(yīng)的材性性狀進(jìn)行方差分析,結(jié)果顯示基因型為CC和CT的歐洲黑楊相對(duì)于基因型為TT的歐洲黑楊有較高的纖維素含量。關(guān)鍵詞:歐洲黑楊;材性;單核苷酸多態(tài)性AnalysisonSNPslinkedwithwoodpropertiesofPopulusnigraL.generesources122DINGMing-Ming,HUANGQin-Jun,SUXiao-Hua1.GeneralAdministrationofStateForestFarms,Treeseed
