2、母水提液,測定其電導率、黏度、濁度等物理化學參數(shù)及蛋白質(zhì)、多糖、總皂苷等物質(zhì)含量。結果:知母皂苷水提取液經(jīng)不同膜過濾后黏度和濁度減小,pH增大,電導率無規(guī)律性改變,微濾膜比超濾膜對藥液的澄清效果好;孔徑越小,截留相對分子質(zhì)量越小,蛋白質(zhì)截留率越高,皂苷透過率也越高,多糖含量差異不大,與理化參數(shù)的改變一致。微濾膜澄清藥液效果最佳,截留相對分子質(zhì)量6kDa的超濾膜更適合皂苷成分的富集。最適合知母皂苷水提液純化的大孔樹脂為HPD600。結論:膜組件的選擇對于知母皂苷的分離純化顯得尤為重要。理化參數(shù)的改變與大分子物質(zhì)的含量減小有著明顯的對應關系,超濾膜比微濾膜更適
