2、番茄和辣椒種子播種于感染立枯絲核菌的園土及原園土中,對(duì)比植株在兩種園土中的生長(zhǎng)情況,并進(jìn)行納豆菌與立枯絲核菌平板對(duì)峙培養(yǎng)試驗(yàn)。結(jié)果發(fā)現(xiàn),成品有機(jī)肥對(duì)兩種種子發(fā)芽的作用都不明顯,兩種作物在兩種園土中加肥組的植株生長(zhǎng)量均達(dá)到無(wú)肥組的3倍左右,染菌園土中不加肥的番茄和辣椒苗莖基腐病苗率分別是55%和50%,加肥組的番茄和辣椒苗莖基腐病苗率分別是11%和17%;平板對(duì)峙培養(yǎng)的菌落狀況顯示立枯絲核菌生長(zhǎng)受到抑制。結(jié)果表明,納豆菌對(duì)立枯絲核菌生長(zhǎng)具有抑制作用,用納豆菌發(fā)酵制作的有機(jī)肥提高番茄和辣椒的生長(zhǎng)量,并減少這兩種作物的莖基腐病苗率。關(guān)鍵詞:納豆菌;魚(yú)內(nèi)臟;有機(jī)
