1、生態(tài)學(xué)雜志ChineseJournalofEcology2014,33(2):394-399一株拮抗立枯絲核菌的放線菌篩選、鑒定及生理特性術(shù)張靖宜張倩茹~項文化魏樹和牟文燕(中南林業(yè)科技大學(xué)生命科學(xué)與技術(shù)學(xué)院,長沙410004;中國科學(xué)院沈陽應(yīng)用生態(tài)研究所污染生態(tài)與環(huán)境工程重點(diǎn)實驗室,沈陽110016)摘要通過對峙實驗,從采集自黃渤海海域的雙齒圍沙蠶(Perinereisaibuhitensis)中分離到一株內(nèi)生放線菌SCF一18,并對其抑菌活性進(jìn)行分析。SCF.18對立枯絲核菌(Rhizoctoniasolani)和小麥根腐
2、病菌(Bipolarissorokiniana)都具有拮抗作用,且對立枯絲核菌生長的拮抗效果最為明顯,生長抑制率為89.78%。抑菌試驗結(jié)果表明:菌株SCF.18發(fā)酵濾液可以抑制立枯絲核菌絲的生長,發(fā)酵液濃度越高,抑制力越強(qiáng);當(dāng)發(fā)酵液濃度達(dá)到50%時,對兩種病原菌的抑制率分別為89.78%和80.26%。菌株SCF.18生長特性試驗結(jié)果表明:菌株SCF-18生長最適溫度為30℃,最適pH值為7;放線菌SCF一18耐鹽度可達(dá)5%。根據(jù)形態(tài)特征、培養(yǎng)特征、生理生化特性和16SrDNA序列分析,將放線菌SCF一18初步鑒定為淡紫灰鏈
