1、才直物保2014.40(2):48—52PlantProtection綠豆立枯絲核菌研究初報王彥,曹志敏,張志肖,蘇秋竹,范保杰,劉長友,田靜(河北省農(nóng)林科學(xué)院糧油作物研究所,河北省作物遺傳育種重點實驗室,石家莊050035)摘要本研究通過形態(tài)學(xué)、菌絲融合群和致病力測定研究,對從河北省石家莊地區(qū)綠豆種植區(qū)分離的9O個立枯絲核菌進(jìn)行鑒定。在9O個分離物中有71個屬于AG4,占供試分離物的78.89,2個屬于AG2—2,占供試分離物的2.22,另外17個分離物與標(biāo)準(zhǔn)菌株不融合,占供試分離物的18.89;屬
2、于AG4的71個分離物中,55個與AG4完全融合(占77.46),16個與ACA不完全融合(占22.54)。在溫室條件下采用人工接菌法對4O個代表性分離物的致病力進(jìn)行測定,發(fā)現(xiàn)不同分離物對同一品種的致病力存在差異,其中分離物R3、R6、R9、R35致病力最強(qiáng),分離物R23、R31—1致病力最弱。屬于AG4的分離物R3、R6、R9、R35與其他供試分離物致病力差異極顯著;屬于未知群體的分離物R20、R29和R24之間致病力差異極顯著;屬于AG2—2的分離物1、R31—1致病力較弱,且差異不顯著。關(guān)鍵詞綠
