2、癌細(xì)胞增殖的影響，觀察應(yīng)用基因靶向治療后腹腔轉(zhuǎn)移情況，評(píng)價(jià)大鼠生存情況。結(jié)果實(shí)驗(yàn)組在治療后腹水中的CXCR4顯著減少(P<0．05)；對(duì)照組治療后腹水中的CXCR4量顯著性增加(P<0．05)；實(shí)驗(yàn)組與對(duì)照組相比，治療前腹水中CXCR4，差異無統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P>0．05)；治療后差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P<0．05)。實(shí)驗(yàn)組腹水抽出量與實(shí)驗(yàn)組相比，明顯減少(P<0．05)。結(jié)論應(yīng)用基因靶向治療方法siRNA沉默卵巢癌CXCR4基因?qū)β殉舶└骨晦D(zhuǎn)移，具有較好的療效，臨床預(yù)后較好?！娟P(guān)鍵詞】卵巢癌；腹腔轉(zhuǎn)移；基因靶向治療【中圖分類號(hào)】R737
