2、急性肺損傷的保護(hù)作用。方法4O只雄性成年SD大鼠隨機(jī)分為正常對(duì)照組、PQ組、PQ+PF組、PQ+AH組,采用腹腔注射2oPQ溶液誘導(dǎo)大鼠急性PQ中毒模型。蘇木精伊紅(HE)染色評(píng)價(jià)肺組織損傷情況;測定肺組織濕重/干重比(W/D);測定各組大鼠肺組織中超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活性、丙二醛(MDA)、谷胱甘肽(GSH)含量變化;ElISA法檢測血清中腫瘤壞死因子a(TNF一)及白細(xì)胞介素(II一6)含量。結(jié)果與正常對(duì)照組大鼠相比,PQ組大鼠肺組織肺泡萎縮,部分過度膨脹,組織炎性侵潤和纖維化明顯,肺組
3、織氧化應(yīng)激水平明顯升高,肺組織W/D增加,血漿中TNF_a及II一6含量增加;與PQ組相比,給予PF或AH治療后大鼠肺組織損傷和纖維化降低,大鼠肺組織氧化應(yīng)激水平降低,肺組織W/D降低,血漿中TNFa及II一6含量降低。PF與AH組相比,各指標(biāo)差異無統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義。結(jié)論P(yáng)F和AH均可以減輕PQ中毒大鼠肺組織損傷,其治療作用可能與其抗炎抗氧化有關(guān)?!娟P(guān)鍵詞】百草枯;急性肺損傷;吡非尼酮;鹽酸氨溴索【中圖分類號(hào)】R595.4【文獻(xiàn)標(biāo)志碼】AProtectiveEffectsofPirfenidonean
