1、臨床放射學(xué)雜志2013年第32卷第11期·1555·中樞神經(jīng)放射學(xué)進(jìn)行性核上性麻痹患者中腦形態(tài)的MRI研究馮結(jié)映，黃飚，楊萬群，王麗敏，張玉虎【摘要】目的探討MRI中腦形態(tài)測量在診斷進(jìn)行性核上性麻痹(PSP)的臨床價值及其與帕金森病(PD)的鑒別診斷。方法經(jīng)臨床確診的PSP患者l8例，分析其MRI的中腦形態(tài)影像學(xué)特征；并與年齡及性別相匹配的l8例PD患者和18名正常人對比。結(jié)果l8例PSP患者中14例可見“蜂鳥征”、10例見“牽牛花征”；PSP組中有17例表現(xiàn)為中腦平直或內(nèi)凹，而PD組中僅有3例呈內(nèi)凹型。PSP組的中腦／橋腦面積低于PD組和對照組；中腦／橋腦面
