1、腫瘤基礎與臨床2011年10月第24卷第5期?397?局部晚期宮頸癌術前新輔助化療的應用價值趙曉東,吳為群,茅紅艷,梁向華(啟東市人民醫(yī)院,江蘇啟東226200)摘要:目的評價新輔助化療對于局部晚期宮頸癌的術前療效和手術效果。方法新輔助化療組32例局部晚期宮頸癌術前進行2個周期的TP方案化療,化療結束后2~3周行廣泛全子宮切除加盆腔淋巴結清掃術,并以同期相同條件的直接手術的32例局部晚期宮頸癌作為對照,觀察化療前后腫瘤大小、SCC值的變化和化療毒副反應,并對兩組手術情況和術后病理進行比較分析。結果新輔助化療組患者化療后腫瘤明顯縮小(P<0.05),其中
2、3例達到CR,20例達到PR,總有效率為71.88%;SCC值也明顯下降(P<0.05);患者對化療毒副反應均能耐受。與對照組相比,手術時間明顯縮短,出血量明顯減少,淋巴結陽性率、脈管受侵率及宮旁累及率顯著降低(P<0.05)。結論局部晚期宮頸癌術前新輔助化療安全有效,有利于腫瘤切除,可提高患者生活質量。關鍵詞:局部晚期宮頸癌;新輔助化療;手術中圖分類號:R737.33;R730.53文獻標識碼:A文章編號:1673-5412(2011)05-0397-03TheApplicationValueofPreoperativeNeoadjuvantCh
