2、00IU／L)20例。經(jīng)藥物治療后比較3組的治療效果及臨床癥狀改善情況。結(jié)果3組的陰道停止流血時(shí)間、腫塊消失時(shí)間、腹痛消失平均時(shí)間、血p—HCG轉(zhuǎn)陰時(shí)間比較，差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P<0．05)。A組的陰道停止流血時(shí)間、腫塊消失時(shí)間、腹痛消失平均時(shí)間、血B—HCG轉(zhuǎn)陰時(shí)間顯著短于B、C組，差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P<0．05)。B組的陰道停止流血時(shí)間、腫塊消失時(shí)間、腹痛消失平均時(shí)間、血p—HCG轉(zhuǎn)陰時(shí)間顯著短于C組，差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(尸l<0．05)。3組的愈顯率比較，差異無(wú)統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(0．05)。結(jié)論米非司酮
