5、ouldbepaidinthebusinesscorrespondencewriting.Keywords:businesscorrespondencepolitenessprincipleapplicationstrategy40畢業(yè)論文(設(shè)計)摘要自世界村這個概念出現(xiàn)以來,英文商務(wù)信函在商業(yè)事務(wù)中占據(jù)了相當(dāng)重要和不可或缺的地位。商務(wù)信函作為商務(wù)組織溝通聯(lián)系客戶的重要手段,其信函中的語言表達會大大作用于溝通雙方對彼此的印象。作為一種重要的書面溝通形式,商務(wù)信函中語言運用是否恰當(dāng),對溝通的成功與否起到了關(guān)鍵作用。溝通雙方在與對方合作的同時,都力圖贏得最大利益,因此,在信函溝通中使用有效的
6、語言策略是必要的。其中,禮貌原則策略在商務(wù)信函寫作中應(yīng)用極為廣泛,也是一種行之有效的方法。禮貌語言策略能增加溝通雙方的信任度,提高書信溝通的自覺性,增加信函溝通的成功機會。本文試從語言學(xué)的角度,并以此作為理論基礎(chǔ),采用BrwonandLevinson的禮貌理論和Leech的禮貌原則分析禮貌在商務(wù)信函中的應(yīng)用。在此基礎(chǔ)上,提出有效的實現(xiàn)商務(wù)信函中禮貌原則的相關(guān)策略。本文從三個方面:語法,詞匯和“You-Attitude”的角度并通過大量的例子闡述這三種策略。例子的生動表述,禮貌原則在商務(wù)信函中的重要性和現(xiàn)實意義得到了重視,并且在例子中通過對比分析說明違反禮貌原則的典型錯誤和造成的不良后果,
