2、stemcells,MSCs)在誘導條件下的成骨特性。方法:使用密度梯度法分離成年大鼠骨髓MSCs,以地塞米松、β-甘油磷酸鈉、維生素C為成骨誘導劑。結果:形態(tài)學表明,MSCs貼壁細胞呈集落生長,有成纖維細胞外觀。地塞米松低劑量組誘導7d后堿性磷酸酶(alkalinephosphatase,ALP)表達明顯升高,陽性細胞數(shù)為(15.1±2.6)個,而對照組ALP表達較弱,陽性細胞數(shù)為(12.0±3.5)個,兩組比較P<0.01。地塞米松成骨誘導劑低劑量組促進MSC成骨,在誘導7d時即出現(xiàn)鈣化結節(jié),而對照組未出現(xiàn);地塞米松低劑量組誘導21d鈣化結節(jié)為(9.0±1.7
