1、護(hù)生臨床實(shí)習(xí)中存在的安全問(wèn)題及對(duì)策研究[摘要]本文通過(guò)了解護(hù)生實(shí)習(xí)中存在的主要安全問(wèn)題,如交通、食品、財(cái)產(chǎn)、環(huán)境等人身安全問(wèn)題,銳器、理化、生物等職業(yè)防護(hù)安全問(wèn)題,醫(yī)療操作安全問(wèn)題,從學(xué)生、實(shí)習(xí)醫(yī)院、學(xué)校三方面分析了存在的安全問(wèn)題根源,主要存在:學(xué)生專業(yè)思想不牢固、心理應(yīng)對(duì)能力差、專業(yè)技能欠缺、缺乏溝通的技巧、安全知識(shí)和法律知識(shí)的缺乏、自我防護(hù)意識(shí)的缺失,實(shí)習(xí)醫(yī)院安全教育及管理不到位、帶教老師缺乏帶教意識(shí),學(xué)校安全管理欠缺、對(duì)職業(yè)防護(hù)教育不夠重視等等0通過(guò)院校合作建立職業(yè)防護(hù)教育長(zhǎng)效機(jī)制、建立科學(xué)有效的安全管理機(jī)制、全方位
