1、中醫(yī)辨證論治乳腺增生癥臨床探究【摘要】目的：探討中西醫(yī)配合治療乳腺增生癥的高效、低復(fù)發(fā)的方法。方法：自2009年6月至2012年6月隨機(jī)抽取乳腺增生病患者600例，按就診順序分為治療組300例，對(duì)照組300例。運(yùn)用中醫(yī)辨證理論，將治療組300例患者分為氣血虧虛型、肝郁氣滯型和沖任失調(diào)型等三型，在分型論治的同時(shí)輔以維生素A、維生素E及三苯氧胺等內(nèi)分泌治療。同時(shí)和對(duì)照組300例中，采用純中藥治療的1組，單純內(nèi)分泌藥物治療的二組進(jìn)行比較。結(jié)果：治療組，治愈率為86%；顯效率為10%；有效10例；對(duì)照組治愈率為58%,顯效率為32%,兩組比較，前者療效明顯高
2、于后者。且復(fù)發(fā)率在治療組為9%,明顯低于對(duì)照組的35%,二者差異性非常顯著。結(jié)論：運(yùn)用中醫(yī)辨證論治，從氣血虧虛、肝氣郁結(jié)、沖任失調(diào)等乳腺增上病的病因著手，治病求本，配合使用三苯氧胺、維生素A和維生素E,方便靈活，能明顯緩解乳房疼痛的癥狀，縮小乳房腫塊，使療程縮短，副作用減少，鞏固療效時(shí)間長(zhǎng)，復(fù)發(fā)率低，是治療乳腺增生病較為理想的中西醫(yī)配伍應(yīng)用方案?！娟P(guān)鍵詞】中醫(yī)辨證論治；內(nèi)分泌治療；乳腺增生病[Abstrat】ObjectiveToinvestigatetheWesterntreatmentofbreasthyperplasiawithhigheffi
