2、er法對膽管癌根治術(shù)后患者進行生存期的單因素及多因素分析。結(jié)果PIWIL2在肝門部膽管癌和QBC。。細胞中的表達明顯高于對照組織和HIBEpic細胞(P<0.05);PIWI12在低、中分化膽管腺癌的表達明顯高于高分化腺癌(P<0.05)。單因素生存分析顯示根治術(shù)后PIWIL2高表達的生存期較短(P<0.05)。多因素分析顯示PIWI12的表達水平是影響膽管癌根治術(shù)預(yù)后的獨立危險因素(P<0.05)。結(jié)論PIWIL2在肝門部膽管癌組織和細胞系中表達上調(diào),其表達水平與腫瘤分期及分化程度相關(guān),是影響肝門部膽管癌根治切除預(yù)后的獨立危險因素?!娟P(guān)鍵詞】PIWI蛋白,PIWIL2;肝門部
