1、超聲波輔助提取香樟根中總黃酮工藝優(yōu)化 摘要:為了優(yōu)化香樟[Cinnamomumcamphora(L.)Presl.]根中總黃酮的超聲波輔助提取工藝,采用單因素試驗(yàn)考察了超聲波處理時(shí)間、乙醇體積分?jǐn)?shù)、料液比對(duì)香樟根總黃酮得率的影響,結(jié)合正交設(shè)計(jì)L9(34)進(jìn)行提取工藝優(yōu)化試驗(yàn),以蘆丁為標(biāo)準(zhǔn)品,采用亞硝酸鈉-硝酸鋁-氫氧化鈉可見(jiàn)分光光度法測(cè)定總黃酮濃度。單因素試驗(yàn)及正交試驗(yàn)結(jié)果表明,影響香樟根總黃酮得率的因素為乙醇體積分?jǐn)?shù)>料液比>超聲波處理時(shí)間;最佳提取工藝為料液比1∶25(m/V,g∶mL)、乙醇體積分?jǐn)?shù)50%、超聲波處理時(shí)間30min,在該條件下香樟根總黃酮的得率為2.69

7、avonoids;ultrasonic-assistedextraction香樟根是樟科(Lauraceae)樟屬植物香樟[Cinnamomumcamphora(L.)9Presl.]的干燥樹(shù)根[1]。香樟根是貴州省少數(shù)民族民間習(xí)用藥材之一,其藥用價(jià)值均有記載[2-4],為2003版《貴州省中藥材、民族藥材質(zhì)量標(biāo)準(zhǔn)》收錄藥材之一,別名走馬胎,具有溫中止痛、辟穢和中、祛風(fēng)除濕等功效,在治療胃脘疼痛、吐瀉、風(fēng)濕痹痛、皮膚瘙癢等方面具有療效[5]。前期研究發(fā)現(xiàn),香樟根中含有一定量的黃酮類化合物,但
