1、DHS和PFNA內(nèi)固定術(shù)治療老年股骨粗隆間骨折療效比較［摘要］目的探析DHS和PFNA內(nèi)固定術(shù)治療老年股骨粗隆間骨折的臨床療效。方法整群選取該院2013年1月―2015年1月收治的89例老年股骨粗隆間骨折患者，將其隨機分為治療組（45例）和對照組（44例），治療組采取PFNA內(nèi)固定術(shù)治療，對照組采取DHS內(nèi)固定術(shù)治療，對比分析兩組手術(shù)情況、治療效果及術(shù)后并發(fā)癥。結(jié)果治療組手術(shù)時間、術(shù)中出血量、負(fù)重時間、骨折愈合時間分別為（68.3±6.3）min、（177.4土20.4）mL、（5.5土1.2）周、（10.1±1.1）周；對照組手術(shù)時間、術(shù)中出血
2、量、負(fù)重時間、骨折愈合時間分別為（85.4±11.2）min、（289.4±23.1）mL、（7.6±1.3）周、（13.9±1.2）周，兩組比較差異有統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義（P<0.05）；治療組優(yōu)良率為（44/45）97.78%，且術(shù)后髖關(guān)節(jié)Harris評分為（90.1±5.4）分，對照組為（38/44）86.36%，且術(shù)后髖關(guān)節(jié)Harris評分為（80.7±6.8）分，兩組比較差異有統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義（P<0.05）;治療組術(shù)后并發(fā)癥（2/45）4.44%，對照組術(shù)后并發(fā)癥（10/44）22.73%，兩組比較差異有統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義（P<0.05）。結(jié)論采取PFNA治
