1、攬香烯注射液在子宮切口妊娠介入治療中的應用上海中醫(yī)藥大學附屬曙光醫(yī)院200021【摘要】目的：探討欖香烯注射液經(jīng)子宮動脈灌注結(jié)合動脈栓塞，治療切口妊娠的臨床價值。方法：14例切U妊娠住院患者，入院1-3天內(nèi)行雙側(cè)子宮動脈灌注栓塞介入治療。隨機分為欖香烯組7例，經(jīng)子宮動脈灌注欖香烯20-40ml;甲氨蝶呤組7例，經(jīng)子宮動脈灌注甲氨蝶呤50-100mg;雙側(cè)子宮動脈以明膠海綿粉/碎粒、明膠海綿條栓塞。結(jié)果：介入術(shù)后兩組患者均未岀現(xiàn)子宮破裂大岀血。術(shù)后3天內(nèi)觀察血HCG變化。欖香烯組HCG下降〉50%6例，
