1、首都醫(yī)科大學碩士研究生學位論文子宮內膜癌治療方法的評價摘要目的:評價子宮內膜癌不同治療方法的療效。方法:對19602001年間我院收治的867例子宮內膜癌的臨床及病理資料進行回顧性分析。按治療方法歸納為4組:術前腔內半量放療+手術組(HR+S組)、手術組(S組)、術前全療程放療十手術組(R+S組)和單純放療組(R組)。結果:臨床I期(570例)HR+S組、S組、R組5年生存率分別為93.7%,90.7%和57.8%;f尚床II期(134例)分別為88.3%,64.3%和25.1%0I期與II期5年生存率HR+S組與S組之間均無顯著性差異(P>0

2、.05),和R組相t匕均有非常顯著性差異(P<0.01).IA床III期(103例)R+S組、S組、R組5年生存率分別為77.0%,60.7%和29.7%,R+S組與S組之間5年生存率無顯著性差異(P>0.05),R+S組與R組之間有非常顯著性差異(P<0.01)。手術病理分期I期患者(292例)淋巴結清掃組與未行淋巴結清掃組5年生存率分別為91.5%和91.7%，差異無顯著性(P>0.05)0結論:臨床I、11期子宮內膜癌術前腔內半量放療能取得滿意療效。I期子宮內膜癌可不予淋巴結清掃，術后輔助放療同樣取得良好效果。III期子宮內膜癌仍以放射+
