1、甲潑尼龍治療兒童難治性肺炎支原體肺炎的臨床分析 【摘要】目的探?甲潑尼龍在兒童難治性肺炎支原體肺炎中的臨床應用和療效。方法70例RMPP患兒，隨機分為對照組和觀察組，各35例。兩組均采用紅霉素抗感染治療，體溫穩(wěn)定48h后改阿奇霉素口服序貫治療，觀察組在抗感染的基礎上同時使用甲潑尼龍2mg/靜脈滴注治療。觀察兩組患兒體溫恢復正常時間、咳嗽緩解時間和肺部??音消失時間，對比治療前后兩組患兒中性粒細胞比值、C反應蛋白和血清鐵蛋白改善情況。結果觀察組患兒體溫恢復正常時間、咳嗽消失時間和肺部??音消失時間分別為、、d，均短于對照組的、、d，差異具有統(tǒng)計學意義。治療后，兩組患兒中性粒細胞比值
