2、優(yōu)秀人才、激勵(lì)有用人才、提高組織效率的作用。本文是在明確民蕾企業(yè)內(nèi)涵的基礎(chǔ)上,首先對(duì)西方管理激勵(lì)理論的變遷做了回顧.并對(duì)激勵(lì)機(jī)制的相關(guān)概念、激勵(lì)機(jī)制的內(nèi)容體系進(jìn)行了系統(tǒng)分析:其次,對(duì)民營(yíng)企業(yè)員工激勵(lì)機(jī)制現(xiàn)狀、存在的問(wèn)題等方面進(jìn)行了深入分析,從而強(qiáng)化對(duì)民營(yíng)企業(yè)員工激勵(lì)機(jī)制的認(rèn)識(shí);最后,針對(duì)民營(yíng)企業(yè)員工激勵(lì)機(jī)制存在的問(wèn)題,以西方的管理激勵(lì)理論為指導(dǎo),同時(shí)結(jié)合民營(yíng)企業(yè)實(shí)際制定出相應(yīng)的策略,并且對(duì)未來(lái)的員工激勵(lì)進(jìn)行了展望。關(guān)鍵詞:民營(yíng)企業(yè);員工激勵(lì);激勵(lì)機(jī)制;對(duì)策研究I喻爾濱I:n!人學(xué)碩‘l:學(xué)似論文ABSTRACTThe21stcenturyisanepochofknowled
